Abstract

Diplomski rad "Ma, ljubav je boja!" izrađen je kombinacijom dviju tehnika, klasične 2D-animacije na papiru te digitalne 2D-animacije. U prvom planu prati ljubavni odnos između dviju osoba, prepreke koje taj odnos nosi te postavlja pitanje kako bi život izgledao u svijetu bez boje (odnosno bez ljubavi), stavljajući pritom motiv boje u direktnu korespodenciju s emocijom ljubavi. Rad se sastoji od opisa cjelokupnog procesa izrade animiranog filma; od ideje, izrade likova i vizualnog identiteta preko animacije, dizajna zvuka sve do (post)produkcije. Prolaskom kroz sve stadije proizvodnje filma, nailazim na raznolika pitanja i prepreke u rješavanju kompozicija, razrade karaktera te tehničkih aspekata. Budući da izmjene u pristupu jednog elementa izravno utječu na cjelokupni sadržaj, bavljenje ovim filmom od mene je zahtijevalo konstantnu fokusiranost u razmišljanju te učenje i nadogradnju vlastita znanja radi čim uspješnijega konačnog proizvoda.

Abstract (english)

The diploma thesis entitled "Ma, ljubav je boja" was created using the technique of classic 2D animation on paper together with 2D digital animation. In the foreground, he follows a love relationship between two people, the obstacles it carries, and asks us questions about what our life would look like in a world without color (or without love), putting the motif of color in direct correspondence with the emotion of love. The work consists of the entire process of making an animated film, from the idea, creation of characters and visual identity, animation, sound design, production and post-production. Going through all the stages of production, I come across various questions and obstacles in solving compositions, character development and technical aspects of how to achieve a certain effect. The film required me to be constantly present in thinking, changes in the approach of one element that directly affects the entirety of the content, and learning and upgrading my own knowledge in order to realize it as well as possible.
